OverheadOnTurn is a status property. Conditions with this property are displayed over the creatures model at the start of their turn.

Coerced (Condition) Coerced

  • Forced to fight for Nere and takes 1d6Damage TypesPsychic each turn.
  • Ends upon taking any non-Psychic damage.

Command: Halt (Condition) Command: Halt

Compelled Duel (Condition) Compelled Duel

  • Cannot attack creatures other than the spellcaster.

Confused (Condition) Confused

  • Affected entity is hostile to everyone, wanders around aimlessly, and occasionally skips turns in its stupor

Confused Stupor (Condition) Confused Stupor

  • Too confused to act - affected entity wastes its turn doing nothing.

Crown of Madness (Condition) Crown of Madness

  • Instilled with magical madness. Will attack the nearest creature, other than the spellcaster.

Demonspirit Madness (Condition) Demonspirit Madness

  • Affected entity has been driven to a frenzy by magical madness. It will attack the nearest creature on its turn.
  • At the end of each turn, the affected entity makes a DC 13  Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the condition is removed.

Ether-Essence Slumber (Condition) Ether-Essence Slumber

  • A deep, dream-ridden sleep has overcome the creature , induced by judicious ingesting of Ether.
  • The creature cannot move or act.
  • The creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity Saving throws.
  • Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage Icon.png Advantage
  • Removed by taking damage or being Shoved.

Frozen (Condition) Frozen

Infernal Stun (Condition) Infernal Stun

This creature cannot move or act, and Raphael can Soul Drain Soul Drain it at will.

Dexterity saving throw with difficulty class 16 on balanced, and 18 on tactician. The stun immunity from Helm of Balduran does not protect against infernal stun.

Lethargic (Condition) Lethargic

Consumed by exhaustion in the aftermath of Haste Haste.

Lured (Condition) Lured

  • Attracted to a harpy's luring melody. The affected entity will use its turn to move closer to the harpy, allowing her to make multiple attacks each turn.
  • Affected target gets a DC 13  Wisdom saving throw on their turn.
  • Being attacked or Shoved will remove the condition.

Madness (Condition) Madness

  • Hostile to everyone in the vicinity.

Malefic Possession (Condition) Malefic Possession

  • The affected entity acts according to the Possessing Possessing ghost's will and takes 4d8Damage TypesNecrotic damage each turn until it dies or is Turned Turned.

Mind Mastery (Condition) Mind Mastery

  • Forced to make a weapon attack against one of its allies by a duergar mind master.
  • Ends after the attack, or when hit.

Pacified (Condition) Pacified

  • Incapacitated. Can't move or take actions, bonus actions, or reactions.

Potion of Angelic Slumber (Condition) Potion of Angelic Slumber

  • Affected entity falls asleep for 2 rounds. When it wakes up, it receives the effects of a Long Rest. If interrupted before the duration expires, the effects do not apply.

Resisted the Song (Condition) Resisted the Song

Succeeded a Saving throw against the harpy's Luring Song Luring Song and is immune to the effects for 2 turns.

Ritual Chant: Bhaal's Power Word Kill (Condition) Ritual Chant: Bhaal's Power Word Kill

  • As part of the challenge to enter the temple, the Farslayer has begun chanting. It can cast Bhaal's Power Word Kill once its profane ritual ends. Exiting the Farslayer's chanting range of 183ft / 55m makes its enemies invulnerable to the effect. Slaying the Farslayer stops the ritual and wins the conflict.

Shadow Possession (Condition) Shadow Possession

  • Affected entity is possessed by frenzied shadows and will attack the nearest creature. Its weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4Damage TypesNecrotic damage.

Turned (Condition) Turned

  • A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from the creature who turned it as possible.
  • It can't willingly move to a space within 9m / 30ft of that creature.
  • It also can't take Reactions.
  • For its Actions, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving.
  • The condition ends upon taking damage.
