Status groups

Status groups are groups a condition may belong to. Status groups can define certain behavior for the conditions or simply be used as markers for interactions. For example SG_RemoveOnRespec makes conditions get removed if you respec, while SG_Cursed marks a condition for things like Remove Curse Remove Curse.
