Horrific Visage was a Sorcerer action and an illithid power available in Early Access. This ability allowed the Sorcerer to regain Sorcery Points while inflicting psychic damage on an enemy.
Description
Release the Eldritch magic within you to terrify a creature with your twisted powers and regain 2 Sorcery Points. The creature takes another 1d4Psychic damage per turn.
