Mental Interference is a passive feature that tires out the user's targets when dealing psychic damage to them.

Description

When you deal PsychicPsychic damage, you also inflict Mental FatigueMental Fatigue for 2 turns.

Duration: 2 turns

  • Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma saving throws for every turn remaining.
  • When it fails a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma saving throw while having 5 or more turns of this condition remaining, the entity takes 1d4PsychicPsychic damage and is no longer mentally fatigued.
  • Mental Fatigue has a maximum Duration: 7 turns.

  • In Honour mode, the psychic damage from Flurry of Moths: AttackFlurry of Moths: Attack does not trigger Mental Interference. The separate psychic damage from Prey's ScentPrey's Scent against a marked target does trigger however. Both damage instances apply Mental Fatigue outside of the Honour mode ruleset.
