Obelia Toobin is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond and daughter of
Zanner Toobin. She is held hostage at the Iron Throne by 
Enver Gortash.
Involvement edit
If entering the Iron Throne, Enver Gortash triggers explosions which collapse the building. Obelia is standing at the southern hallway, and immediately dashes towards the Submersible to escape.
Combat edit
Attacks and abilities edit
Obelia will only use Dash every turn, like all other gondian prisoners.
Explorer only edit
- Obelia will have 50% more HP and interestingly, cannot be pushed or shoved.
