Tingmiaq is a blue jay that can be found next to Apikusis in the Sacred Pool of the Emerald Grove in Act One.

Upon entering the Sacred Pool, Apikusis can be seen speaking to Tingmiaq. As the party approach, Tingmiaq flies off to complete a mission.
If the Grove is raided and all druids are killed, Tingmiaq's corpse can be found at camp during the night celebration with the goblins and Minthara. A Goblin Tracker confirms having killed it with an arrow through the neck.
Speak with Animals edit
Tingmiaq can be spoken to via Speak with Animals. However, he is in a hurry and only answers one question.
