Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining Sublimate of Pegasus Feathers (procured from Pegasus Feather) and any Ashes.

Notes

• To clarify, while the tooltip says the elixir grants Bless the condition it grants is actually "Elixir of Heroism" which has a Bless effect (and 10 temporary hit points). This is technically not the same condition as the Bless condition and, as such, the effects of this elixir stack with the spell Bless.
