Spell Necromancy Contagion FilthFever.png

Contagion: Filth Fever is a level 5 necromancy spell. This spell is a variation of the Level 5 Necromancy Spell, Contagion. It allows spellcasters to Poison an enemy, with the possibility of the affliction progressing into a Disease which saps target's Strength.

Description

Poison a target and possibly afflict them with a disease of your choice. Fever squeezes huge drops of thick oily sweat from the creature's pores, impairing its Strength. The target receives Disadvantage Icon.png Disadvantage on Strength Checks, Saving throws, and Attack rolls that use Strength.

Once infected, the target will roll a Constitution Saving throw each turn. If it accumulates 3 successes, it recovers. If it accumulates 3 failures, it contracts Stricken With Filth Fever.
