Contagion: Filth Fever is a level 5 necromancy spell. This spell is a variation of the Level 5 Necromancy Spell, Contagion. It allows spellcasters to Poison an enemy, with the possibility of the affliction progressing into a Disease which saps target's Strength.
Description
The target receives Disadvantage on Strength Ability Checks, Saving Throws, and Attack Rolls that use Strength.
Fever squeezes huge drops of thick oily sweat from the creature's pores, impairing its Strength.

- Has Disadvantage on Attack rolls and Checks.
- Each turn, it must succeed on a Saving throw, or the poison will advance in stage. On 3 successes, it recovers. On 3 failures, it contracts the disease corresponding to the variant of the spell Contagion that was cast.
