Locked in a room within the House of Hope behind a wall protected by an Inert Infernal Gem X: 6481 Y: 2944. Interacting with the gem and opening the room requires a Wisdom (DC 10) and an Arcana (DC 20) check.

Notes

  • Can be taken and shown to Mol in the Guildhall.
  • Despite looking like any other note/parchment, this item cannot be read and does not appear to have any associated text, as of Hotfix #6.
