• In a locked room within the House of Hope behind a wall protected by an Inert Infernal Gem at X: 6481 Y: 2944

Notes

• A party member must pass a  DC 10 Wisdom Check to activate the Inert Infernal Gem and then a  DC 20 Arcana Check to use the Infernal Control Gem to open the door. Outside of feats and similar abilities, each party member has only one chance at each check
• The contract can be taken and shown to  Mol in the Guildhall.
