Pounce is a  Wild Shape: Dilophosaurus Action. Dilophosaurus use this ability to leap onto enemies.

Description

Leap at a target to bite it for 2d6 + 1d8 + 2Piercing damage and potentially knock it Prone.

• A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
  • A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.
