Web Surface is a type of Surface. When stepped on, characters will move at half speed and they might become  Enwebbed.

Web surfaces can be created through the use of spells or grenades. In areas where spiders live, webbed surfaces may be present.

Properties

   Difficult Terrain

• Movement Speed halved

• Failing a Dexterity saving throw, will cause
   Enwebbed

• Cannot move.
• Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage, while the creature's Attack Rolls and Dexterity Saving throws are rolled with Disadvantage.

• Can be removed by hitting it with Fire damage.
