Hail of Thorns is a level 1 conjuration spell. This spell allows spellcasters to use make ranged attacks and potentially deal AoE Piercing damage to enemies.

Description

Shoot a volley of thorns. They deal weapon damageDamage TypesPhysical and explode, dealing an additional 1d10Damage TypesPiercing damage to the target and surrounding creatures.

At higher levels

  • When the spell is cast at 2nd Level or higher, the addition AoE damage increases by 1d10Damage TypesPiercing for each spell slot level above 1st.
  • When the spell is cast at 3rd Level or higher, it will no longer consume a Bonus Action.
