• Affected entity has -1 to Attack Rolls per remaining turn. It also sheds bright light in an area surrounding it.

Notes

• While the item description states the condition only lasts for 1 turn, it actually places 2 turns of the condition on affected creatures.
• Also,  Radiating Orb is applied to the creature receiving Radiant damage, not the wearer (especially confusing in translated description).
• The bright light from  Radiating Orb counts as Daylight and will affect creatures with  Sunlight Sensitivity or  Sunlight Weakness.
