Rage is a Barbarian Bonus Action. This ability allows them to use their anger to gain resistance against physical damage and deal extra melee damage to enemies.

Description

While Raging, you deal 2 extra damage with melee and improvised weapons, and when throwing objects.

You also have Resistance to physical damage, and Advantage on Strength Checks and Saving Throws.

Rage ends early if you haven't attacked a creature or taken damage since your last turn.
