A Wizard who finds a Scroll for a Spell may permanently copy that Spell to their spellbook at the cost of the scroll and 
50 gp per level of the Spell. You must have a Spell Slot of the same level as the spell to be able to scribe it, meaning you cannot scribe a level 3 spell without first unlocking a level 3 spell slot.
