War Caster Opportunity Spell is a Passive feature/Reaction obtainable by the War Caster Feat. Users of this feature are adept at casting 
at an enemy when they leave your melee range. This can be done instead of the usual Opportunity Attack.
Description
You can also use a Reaction to cast at a target moving out of melee range.
