Notes

  • Spells with attack rolls or saving throws will trigger Arcane Vivaciousness if they fail.
  • Arcane Vivaciousness is also triggered via cantrip casting.
  • The melee part of the description means, that the wearer of the cloak must be under ThreatenedThreatened condition. Enemies equipped with ranged weapons do not impose this condition.
