Notes
Regarding Arcane Vivaciousness:
- Spells with attack rolls or saving throws will trigger Arcane Vivaciousness if they fail.
- Arcane Vivaciousness is also triggered via cantrip casting.
- The melee part of the description means, that the wearer of the cloak must be under
Threatened condition. Enemies equipped with ranged weapons do not impose this condition.
