Blood Thirst is a passive feature that allows the wearer to deal extra damage if they themselves are injured.
Description
Unarmed and melee attacks will deal an extra 2Necrotic damage as long as you don't have your full health. If you don't deal any damage this turn, you will take 1d4Necrotic damage at the end of your turn.

Notes
- Blood Thirst does not damage the wearer unless they are in combat, even if in turn-based mode.
- Blood Thirst's extra 2Necrotic damage also works with thrown attacks and Fleshmelter Cloak's Caustic Reprisal.
