Boon of Servitude is a level 1 evocation spell. This spell increases the Armour Class of its target by 2, and heals it each turn for the duration of the effect. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Bask in Ethel's boons. You regain 1d4+Spellcasting Modifier
hit points each turn, and your Armour Class increased by 2.
