Notes

Although the tooltip states the reduction is applied "after Long Rest", any method of removing the debuff, such as Remove Curse Remove Curse, immediately activates the strength reduction. Although the reduction is stated to be indefinite, it can be removed by dying and using a  Scroll of Revivify.
