Carrion crawler nest
On the south eastern end of the Decrepit Village, at X: 30 Y: -238 a peculiar hole formation can be found in a steep rocky slope.
If the party interacts with one of the holes, they can inspect the hole and optionally reach an arm inside:

Passing the Survival check causes the interacting party member to realize the hole is from a 
nest, a race of centipede-like creatures that feast on dead creatures.
If the party member is a short-height character (or disguised as one via 
) and reaches into one of the holes, their hand will brush against a "fleshy tentacle" and a passive 
DC 15 Wisdom check is rolled (advantage if the Survival check was passed). Passing the check earns the 
inspiration event for party members with the 
background and a random precious gem.
Failing the passive check horrifies the interacting party member, and they will not try to reach into the hole again.
