Notes

• This spell is an easy and early repeatable way to trigger the Luminous Armour to inflict the Radiating Orb debuff to lower enemy attack rolls. As this is a condition it can in turn also trigger the Boots of Stormy Clamour to further debuff enemies by lowering their physical Saving throws.
