Furbleston can only be found running around the ground floor and first floor of Lady Jannath's Estate if Oskar Fevras Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One. He is running between the kitchen and the guests repeatedly serving hors d’oeuvres.

If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor is haunted and Furbleston is sent away on a temporary leave of absence at the request of Chamberlain Mercer Chamberlain Mercer.
