Heartwrench

Heartwrench is a level 4 illusion spell. It is cast as a legendary reaction available to Viconia DeVir in Honour mode. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Rend a target with a psychic barrage after you or an ally is struck by a  Heartform Mapped creature.
