Notes

• In addition to the listed effects, this condition significantly slows down the character's walking animation.
• This condition does not actually reduce movement speed; it instead multiplies the cost of movement by 3 (equivalent to losing 6 m (20 ft) of movement for a character with a  Movement Speed of 9 m (30 ft)).
