Notes

• A party member exceeding 93.33% of their carrying capacity receives this condition.
• Technically, this condition does not actually reduce movement speed; it instead multiplies the cost of movement by 3 (equivalent to losing 6 m / 20 ft of movement for a character with a  Movement Speed of 9 m / 30 ft).
• In addition to the listed effects, this condition significantly slows down the character's walking animation.
