• Mask of the Shapeshifter is a reference to the mask of the same name from Divinity: Original Sin II.
• This item is exclusive to the Digital Deluxe Upgrade, alongside other cosmetic items themed around Divinity: Original Sin II.
• The ability to cast  Disguise Self is useful when engaging characters as a different race or avoiding recognition by someone you killed when using  Speak with Dead.
• As of Patch 5, Hotfix 17, you can gain racial equipment bonuses for longer than intended by using the mask, taking it off, and long resting without removing the disguise. Upon waking up, the disguise is gone, but the racial bonuses remain on your equipment. Note that this only works for racial equipment bonuses, not racial dialogue options.
