Moderately Armoured is a passive feature provided by the Feat of the same name. You gain Proficiency with Medium Armour and your Strength or Dexterity increases by 1.
Description
You gain Proficiency with Medium Armour and Shields, and your 
Strength or 
Dexterity increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You must have Light Armour Proficiency before you can take this feat.
