Act Three[edit | edit source]
Heir to the founder of the Flaming Fist, former Grand Duke , Cordula Eltan is a Baldurian patriar that can only be encountered if is a companion, and is either still jailed or deceased.
As with the encounter with Florrick, if Wyll breaks his pact with during and forsake his father, Mizora tells Cordula Eltan that Wyll killed his father . Cordula Eltan and her guards approach the party while they are in Baldur's Gate, with the intent to avenge Ravengard.
However, Cordula can be convinced to stand down.
- Ravengard could still be alive. And we intend to save him. (DC 18)
- Ravengard's death was Gortash's doing. There was nothing we could do. (DC 18) (if the party killed Ravengard at the coronation)

She then hands over the The Legend of Ansur, and directs the party to awaken the city's to protect Baldur's Gate from the Cult of the Absolute. Failing any of the checks results in combat against her and her guards, and .
Epilogue[edit | edit source]
If is completed, Counsellor Florrick is dead, and chooses to ascend politically as the next Grand Duke of Baldur's Gate, he mentions during the epilogue party that Cordula Eltan is now the Duke of the Seatower, a Legacy Reborn.[2] If both Ulder Ravengard and Florrick are dead, Wyll entrusts the command of the Flaming Fist to Eltan, and mentions that she has pardoned most Fists, having said "Gortash led the parched Fist to Bane's bloody well. I refuse to punish the thirsty for drinking from it.".[3]
