Nebulous Black Hole is an action and Illithid Power available to Full-Illithids. This ability creates a black hole which violently pulls in nearby enemies, dealing ⁠Force damage and possibly slowing them.

Create a point of intense gravity that pulls in all nearby enemies and possibly  Slows them.
