Poison cloud is an area that debuffs those that travel through it. When inside the cloud, characters must made a 
Constitution saving throw each turn or become 
Poisoned. The cloud itself doesn't deal any damage.

- If the cloud was created by a character, the DC to save against Poisoned becomes 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Spellcasting Modifier of the creator.
