Poison Cloud is a cloud that debuffs those that travel through it. When inside the cloud, characters must made a  Constitution Saving Throw each turn or become  Poisoned. The cloud itself doesn't deal any damage.

Spells and actions:

• Poison Mist
• Venomous Discharge (Addled Frog)

Notes

• Poisoned condition from this source loses duration at the beginning of the turn, which together with duration 1 means that poisoned enemies are longer poisoned during their turn.
• The DC depends on the source:
  • For  Basic Poison it is 11.
  • For  Poisonous Slime Bomb it's the DC of the player character.
  • If the cloud was created by a character, the DC to save against  Poisoned becomes 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Spellcasting Modifier of the creator.^[verify]
