Psionic Suggestion: Halt is a level 1 enchantment spell. This spell allows spellcasters to order their target to temporarily fall Prone and do nothing else. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Command a creature to fall 
on its turn and do nothing else.
Properties
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

Duration: 1 turn
