The wearer of this item gains:

When the wearer deals damage^{[See: Bugs]} to a  Reverberating creature, it becomes  Dazed unless it succeeds a  Constitution saving throw.

• Has  Disadvantage on Wisdom  Saving Throws, can't take Reactions, and loses the Dexterity bonus to their  Armour Class.
• Removed if an ally Helps this creature.

Notes

• This ring pairs well with conditions which inflict disadvantage on constitution saving throws (e.g.,  Bleeding), and items which inflict reverberation (e.g.,  Boots of Stormy Clamour).

Regarding Spiteful Thunder:

• Spiteful Thunder can be used to inflict Dazed every turn with minimal effort. Dazed makes it more difficult for enemies to save against certain spells like  Tasha's Hideous Laughter. This can be very helpful against boss enemies with  Legendary Resistance and  Magic Resistance.
• The saving throw is hidden and not shown in the combat log.

Bugs

• If a hireling is dismissed with the Ring of Spiteful Thunder equipped, then they are later resummoned, the ring will have turned into a nonmagical version of itself. This is due to the item template not including the ring's Stats entry.

Regarding Spiteful Thunder:

• Spiteful Thunder requires targets affected by  Reverberation to make a save upon receiving any type of damage from the wearer, not just ⁠Thunder.
