Notes

• This ring pairs well with conditions which inflict disadvantage on constitution saving throws, e.g.  Bleeding, and items which inflict reverberation, e.g.  Boots of Stormy Clamour.
• This ring can be used to inflict Dazed every turn with minimal effort. Dazed makes enemies harder to save against certain spells like  Tasha's Hideous Laughter. This can be very helpful against boss-level enemies with  Legendary Resistance and  Magic Resistance.

Bugs

• The saving throw is hidden and not shown in the combat log.
• Spiteful Thunder requires  Reverberating targets to make a save upon receiving any type of damage from the wearer, not just ⁠Thunder. As a result, this ring can inflict Dazed at a even cheaper cost.
