Condition: Prone

Duration Icons.png Duration: 2 turns

Notes

  • Since the penalty to Constitution saving throws is also applied to the saving throw against being knocked ProneProne after stacking 5 turns of Reverberation, the DC for this saving throw is effectively 15.

Bugs

  • Despite the description, no such mechanics exist to prevent Thunder-immune creatures from receiving Reverberation.
  • In real-time mode, none of the effects described for applying 5 or more turns occur but the duration is still capped at 5 turns.
  • If the saving throw for ProneProne triggers any reaction which prompts for confirmation, Prone will not be not applied and the saving throw will not be recorded in the Combat Log regardless of the result or whether any reactions are selected. If the saving throw is caused by multiple sources of Reverberation, multiple consecutive confirmation prompts might appear instead of one, and the text line(s) which would otherwise name the involved entities will not be displayed.

Bugs[edit section | visual editor]

  • Until Patch #3, Reverberation was bugged. While it applied the stacking penalties to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution Saving Throws, it did not deal thunder damage and prone. As of Patch #3, now works as described.
  • The different items that can apply Reverberation do not all work as expected from their description.
  • Creatures knocked ProneProne by ReverberationReverberation occasionally do skip their next turn unlike other Sources of Prone.
