Sanctuary of Loss is a level 1 enchantment spell. It is cast as a legendary reaction available to Viconia DeVir in Honour mode. It cannot be learned by party members.

Description

Shield yourself or an ally from harm after they are attacked. This protection will wane when the protected creature attacks. Viconia can still use  Heartwrench and keep this protection.

• The Nightbringer's dark arcana stops this entity being directly targeted by spells or attacks until it takes a harmful action.
• Areas of effect can still harm this entity.
• Viconia can still use  Heartwrench and keep this protection.

 AoE: 2 m (7 ft) Radius

A shroud of magical darkness that Heavily Obscures and Blinds creatures within. Creatures cannot make ranged attacks into or out of the darkness.

Duration: Whilst on surface

• Has  Disadvantage on  Attack Rolls. Range of attacks and spells reduced to 3 m (10 ft).
• Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have  Advantage.
