Destroying a mental effigy restores the ability points.

One image is created adjacent to each target in the area of effect. Each image applies  Psionic Drain to their respective targets until defeated. They have the following actions:

Surrounded by silver mist, you teleport to an unoccupied space you can see.

 Sapping Strike ()

Strike a foe and create a magical effigy that steal 2 points of Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom from the target. Destroying a mental effigy restores the ability points.

• Your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores are reduced by 2 while Ptaris drains your mind to form a Mental Image. If any ability score reaches 0, you die. Destroying the Mental Image releases the psionic energy and ends this effect.
