Smouldering Touch is the basic attack used by Fire Elementals. It is an unarmed melee attack that Burns the target which makes it susceptible to the Fire Elemental's Multiattack.

Touch a foe with a heat like the bright core of a furnace, searing and Burning them.

Notes
- This ability is not a single target attack like the in-game tooltip might describe. It has a small 1 m / 3 ft radius area of effect and it can hit every target inside the AoE with a separate attack roll. This includes allies but not the elemental itself.
- There is no saving throw to avoid the Burning effect. As long as the attack hits, the condition will be inflicted.
