IsAttack (spell flag)

IsAttack is a mostly unused spell flag. It does not determine which actions are classified as attacks for  Extra Attack and similar features. Instead, the criteria for determining which actions are attacks is based on the attack roll type (e.g. melee weapon, unarmed, etc.).

Compared to IsSpell (which actually determines which actions are proper spells), this flag has minimal gameplay impact.
