for some reason, using {{Cond|Blinded|Blinds}} breaks the script, using inflicts {{Cond|Blinded|Blind}} solves it
m (Notes incorrectly sited that the Helldusk helmet allowed ranged attacks in and out of darkness, which, as of hotfix #17, it does not do. Replaced it with the steelwatcher helmet, which does perform in this way.)
