Staff of the Ram is a passive feature that knocks back and stuns targets.

Description

Once per turn, the blow possibly knocks a foe back 2 m (7 ft) and  Stuns them. This has no effect on dragons or Huge creatures.

 CON Save (DC 8)

• Affected creatures cannot move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions.
• Affected creatures automatically fail  Strength and Dexterity Saving Throws.
• Removed by Freedom of Movement, Greater Restoration, Unshackling Strike.
• Attack Rolls against affected creatures have  Advantage.
• Breaks  Concentration of target when applied

Notes

• Staff of the Ram does not actually require a hit to trigger, and displays a saving throw roll in the combat log after every attack (and many actions) made by the wielder of this weapon. Casting  Shillelagh while wielding it causes the effect to target the wielder, but it does nothing on a failed save.
