Synaptic Consumption is an action and Illithid Power available to Full-Illithids. This action allows a full-illithid to heal over time by sapping a target's ability scores. Initially, the ability score reduction is -5 and the healing amount is 2d10hit points, but this effect grows more potent over 5 turns. On each subsequent turn, the target's ability scores are reduced by a further -1 and the healing amount increases by 2d10hit points. On the fifth turn, the target is knocked prone.
Description
Devour your foe, lowering all of their Ability Scores initially by 5, and by 1 each subsequent turn. Additionally, you regain 2~20hit points per turn. This lasts for 5 turns, after which the target is left Prone
