'''Dominated Red Dragon''' is a [[dragon]] found [[Atop the Netherbrain]] in [[Act Three]]. Always hostile and psychically enslaved by the [[Netherbrain]], it serves as the centrepiece enemy for the final combat encounter in the game.

==Combat==
The Dominated Red Dragon is a [[Githyanki]] Dragon cohort that has been mind-controlled by the [[Netherbrain]] into defending the [[Crown of Karsus]]. Befitting a dragon encountered at the very end of the game, its base level and statistics are formidable even for a full-level party. 

It is supported by four [[Illithid Arcanist|Illithid Arcanists]] that flank its rear; if the player sided against [[The Emperor]], then the rogue mind flayer and four [[Dream Guardian]]s support its front end.
