The Justiciar Crusader is a hostile entity that cannot be spoken to.

Similar to other [[Dark Justiciar|Dark Justiciars]] in the [[Gauntlet of Shar]], the Justiciar Crusader is summoned through an [[Umbral Tremor]]'s {{SAI|Permit Passage}} action. It can only be summoned by one specific tremor that spawns in at {{Coords|-820|-786}}.
