Moan is an action available to Cloaker Phantasms that lets them deal psychic damage and enemies.
Description
Produce a piercing moan and Frighten nearby creatures.
No effect on aberrations.

AoE: 4 m / 13 ft (Radius)
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
