Nightdome is an environmental object found in Act Two. It is a magical shield born of the shadow curse.

The Nightdome acts as a shield to protect Oliver during his combat encounter.

Mechanics[edit | edit source]

The shield is resistant to all damage types other than magical weapons and force. However, damaging the shield directly is a risky prospect, as it triggers its passive Cursed Vengeance Cursed Vengeance to return all damage dealt back to the attacker twofold. All reflected damage is dealt as necrotic damage.

Alternatively, the Nightdome loses chunks of HP as flat force damage whenever one of Oliver's allied shadows is destroyed. Destroying his allies and summons will eventually destroy the Nightdome on its own.
