(Just gave this a test w/ Ring of Mental Inhibition as of latest patch 12/17/23. Mental Fatigue stacks up to 7 times, and displays up to a -7 under each saving throw on the character screen. Percentage chance for spells using the pertinent saving throw to proc also scaled correctly up to the maximum 7 stacks.)

  • When it fails a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma Saving Throw while having 5 or more turns of this condition remaining, the entity takes 1d4Damage TypesPsychic and is no longer mentally fatigued.

  • Mental Fatigue has a maximum Duration: 7 turns.
