Wrath of the Storm: Lightning is a Reaction. It allows the Cleric to strike back at an attacking creature using a Reaction, doing Lightning damage.
Description
If a nearby enemy attacks you, you can retaliate with a strike of lightning that deals 2d8Lightning damage.
